Rumah Sakit Badan Pengusahaan Batam (RSBP Batam)
Troubleshot network and connectivity issues across hospital units including the ER, ICU, pharmacy, finance, administration, executive offices, patient wards, nutrition, and HR, and restored internet connectivity during a hospital-wide DNS issue by changing affected PCs to a public DNS. Installed switches, hubs, access points, and UTP cables; configured PCs, printers, and shared network printers; compiled SIMRS revenue data into Excel reports; entered employee and patient data; coordinated hardware repairs with external vendors; and assisted senior engineers with remote server-rack switch port verification.
